Today, Jim Townsend and Ben Eikey testified before the Michigan State Legislatures in support of bill HB 4669 brought forward by MI Representative Laurie Pohutsky. The bill aims at giving state legislators the right to visit without advance notice any premise under the control of the department of corrections.
