We are delighted to announce that Lauren Jasinski has been promoted to Civic Education Manager for the Levin Center’s Learning by Hearings program. Lauren was our civic education program’s first full-time employee and over the last 2.5 years she has played a pivotal role along with Mark in building the LbH program’s content. Lauren has also taken on numerous tasks to help stand up our civic education program, attract support from foundations and the State of Michigan, create working relationships with teachers and administrators, and begin building awareness about LbH among educators across Michigan and beyond. Lauren has had a lot to do with the success LbH has achieved thus far, and she is the ideal person to lead a talented and growing team focused on achieving the enormous potential of this program.
