CORD Releases 2 New Committees

We are delighted to announce that the Levin Center’s Congressional Oversight Records Database (CORD) has expanded its collection by adding records from two new congressional committees. As of today, CORD has made U.S. Senate Foreign Relations Committee and U.S. House Foreign Affairs Committee oversight reports and records dating from the 106th to the 118th Congress (1999 – 2024) available to the public free of charge.

This new committee release adds a total of 150 new oversight reports and records to the existing database. With this addition, CORD now houses a unique collection of over 1,350 congressional oversight records for scholars and academics to use in their research.

CORD is an effort by the Levin Center to make available for scholars, oversight practitioners, and the public oversight documents that are not easily accessible. For questions regarding the data collection methodology and protocols, please contact Grace Moore, Levin Center Research and Data Specialist.
