Nathan Kelps

Postgraduate Fellow

Nathan is the Postgraduate Fellow for the Levin Center for Oversight and Democracy. He joined the Levin Center in March 2024 where he works closely with Levin Center on a variety of projects. Included in these are the research and drafting for the Levin Center’s Portraits in Oversight and is lending his legal education and experience to help improve the Levin Center’s Oversight Case Law database.

Nathan received his BA in Public Policy with a Minor in Economics from Michigan State University in 2019. Afterwards, Nathan returned home to the Metro Detroit area where he would go on to attend Wayne State University Law School where he earned his Juris Doctor degree in 2023.

In his free time, Nathan enjoys reading, swimming, and traveling the country.
